- A free real-time strategy game in your browser: a castle- and kingdom-building game with economy and sieges, set in a medieval desert world with oases, castles and dragons. Play alone against bots or online with up to eight friends – no download, on PC, Mac, tablet and phone.
- How do I get into the closed beta?
- Join the waitlist above. We invite in waves and send you your invite code by email. Players who are already in can also invite friends with their own code.
- Does the game cost anything?
- No. The beta is free and runs as a browser game entirely online, with no download – on PC, Mac, tablet and phone.
- How long does a match take?
- A classic match takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on the map. With the arena rules (fast pace, rich start) things get going much faster.
- How do I win?
- If an opponent's lord or his last keep falls, his castle is yours. Whoever is left at the end, alone (or with their alliance), wins.
- Can I play on my phone?
- Yes. The game has its own phone layout for portrait and landscape, with tap, swipe and two-finger zoom.
- What happens if my connection drops?
- Your seat stays reserved. After reloading, the start screen shows “Running games” with “Rejoin”.
- I'm new to castle-building games. Where do I start?
- Start a sandbox with one player. In the game the “First steps” panel guides you through the most important buildings, and the Handbook explains everything at your own pace.
